Mark Peters was instrumental in bringing together partner businesses, founding The SOURCE in 2002. His experience with The SOURCE continues to inform his work of Lion Rock Holdings.

The SOURCE is a not-for-profit organization that supports the employees of its member companies with a variety of services designed to help employees keep their jobs, enhance their skills with education and job training, and facilitate their advancement in their careers.

The SOURCE provides these innovative Human Resources services using an pioneering approach to private-public cooperation, utilizing the best resources of the government, area non-profits and private employers.
